2-1-1 is a FREE number which helps to provide easy access to health, housing, and human services information. 2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays)! If you don't know where to turn or what options may be available, call 2-1-1 and the helpline specialists can help connect you to local resources.
 
During the 2017-2018 fiscal year, 2-1-1 Southwest received more than 5,380 calls from Butler County residents alone. Calls most commonly received were regarding utility assistance, the VITA Program (tax assistance), food pantries and housing/shelter assistance, but calls for material needs and transportation are also quite high on the list.
