United Way announces grant opportunity available in Butler County
Butler County, PA (January 30, 2020) – United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania announces a request for proposals (RFP) from organizations serving children, families, people with disabilities and seniors in Butler County. Qualifying organizations must be a registered 501(c)(3), have a volunteer board of directors and be able to produce a recent 990.
Starting January 30, 2020, organizations interested in applying for a United Way Impact Fund Grant can submit an RFP online here. RFPs are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 9, 2020. A group of dedicated community volunteers will evaluate submissions and provide feedback throughout the process, alongside United Way staff. The grant awardees will be announced on June 30, 2020.
Prospective applicants can attend a Q&A session on Monday February 3 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. OR Wednesday February 5 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Sessions will be held at Butler Health System Crossroads Campus located at 129 Oneida Valley Road.
